Tip #1: If you don't feel like working out just do 5-15 minutes. That sounds pretty doable to most of us and you will probably find that you end up doing more. BUT even if you don't, you got up and burned some calories and you will feel better! Every little bit counts, especially when it comes to fitness. And if nothing else you are building a good habit and some days you may do more.
Tip #2: Mix it up! I keep myself going to the gym (or at least have for the last few weeks :)) by doing different things. Of course I do kickboxing as much as I can (<3>

So these are our favorite TV shows (well and Friends, but I'm not putting that one on the poll because it isn't on the air anymore :( ). I am curious to see which TV show everyone else thinks is best. Some of you may be disappointed that American Idol isn't on there, but my husband doesn't like it so I don't get around to watching it very often.
I'm a little late to the party, but better late than never.
