Overloaded Brownies

EEEIIIIKKK!
That is all I have to say about being
one of Jill's new blog contributors!!!
I actually almost backed out of filling out the application
just because I thought there was no way I would get asked!!!!
Imagine my surprise to get that email...
literally I was dancing around while reading it!!!

So thank you SO much Jill for asking me to be
a part of your already fabulous blog!

My name is Jocelyn and I blog over at
Inside BruCrew Life.
Most days you will find some sort of sugar laden dessert
that is made to entice you away from whatever
your current diet plan might happen to be:-)

I am usually pretty convincing...
or so I have been told:-)

But I have many other hobbies and those pop up
from time to time with a few family posts thrown in between.
I enjoy scrap booking, making handmade cards, and
creating fun headbands for my etsy shop!
And every once in a while I venture out and do some
sort of crafty thing....
but mostly it is just all about the sugar!
So come on over and visit me there...
I would love to have you join the BruCrew.
Just don't say I didn't warn you about all
the chocolate:-)

But enough about me...
let's get on to the good stuff.
Because really that is why you are still reading, right?

These brownies were the bomb!
Just be sure to have a glass of milk nearby
to wash down all the goodness:-)

Overloaded Brownies

1 brownie mix (or make homemade ones...whatev)
24 caramels, wrappers removed
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
1/2 c. mini m&m's

Preheat oven to 350*. Spray a 9x13 pan with baking spray and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, make up the brownie mix according to the 2 egg version. (we want nice fudgey brownies for this) Bake for 22-24 minutes. As soon as the brownies come out of the oven, sprinkle all the chips evenly on top. Then place the caramels and milk in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 1-2 minutes. Make sure to stir after each minute. Drizzle the melted caramel on top of the chips. Sprinkle with m&m's and let set. If you absolutely cannot wait any longer to try these delish brownies, place the pan in the fridge to speed up the setting time. Now dig in and enjoy!
