Our First Fashion Friday!

Here are some of my fashion finds for the week.

With swimsuit season fast approaching it got me thinking about how hard it can be to find a swimsuit that's both cute and flattering.  Down East Outfitters is definetly my favorite place to go swimsuit shopping!  They have loads of cute suits like this one that keep everything tucked in smoothly :)

So I know the belt at the waist/over the clothes thing has been popular for a while now, but I have to admit I havn't completely jumped on the bandwagon yet.  However, I love the look on this dress!  It look so sharp.  I can't think of one occassion that this dress doesn't work for.  Work, yes.  Date, yes.  Church, yes.  What else could you ask for in a dress?  I found this little beauty and many  more at Nordstrom.

For budget friendly shopping I like to hit up Target.  They've always got something cute, like this gorgeous ruffle top.  It got me thinking that I could probably make something like this myself too. 

Now for the fun part. . .  share pictures of your favorite outfits!  I will be posting a picture of an outfit I have loved at one time or another and I hope some of you will join in the fun!  It doesn't have to be something that is popular now, it's always fun to look back at old trends!  It doesn't even have to be you wearing the outfit.  I will feature some of my favorites and maybe even incorporate a prize in the future if I get eventually get enough people participating :) 

Anyone remember when these little skirts were popular?  They were so big for like five months, lol.  This was my 17th birthday party.  I sure did love that outfit for those five or so months :)
