a new and delicious way to serve yams

2-3 large yams
2-3 cans mandarin oranges
1 bag fresh cranberries
1 cup brown sugar

Slice yams into single layer in 13x9 inch pan. Mix in cranberries and oranges. Sprinkle with brown sugar (this is all kind of to taste, you really can't go wrong with these ingredients). Bake in preheated 350 degrees until yams are tender (note this may take a couple hours).

These will be a hit at your next holiday get together!


  1. Interesting combination of flavors, I bet this is delish. I love yams, but don't usually make them outside of the holidays. I think we will try this version!
